These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Christian Jakovlev, trading as KYRO VPN, as provider and the users of the VPN service as customers. vpn-protection.com is the service website.
The provider offers a virtual private network service through which internet connections are encrypted and routed via the provider's servers. The service is intended to protect privacy and ensure secure data transmission.
Use of the service requires registration and email verification. A paid contract is concluded when the customer selects a plan in the protected customer area, can review the required information including the terms, privacy policy and withdrawal policy, and starts the subscription via PayPal. Access is provided after successful PayPal confirmation and technical activation.
The provider supplies VPN access for the duration of the relevant subscription. Speed may vary depending on utilization. Maintenance work and technically necessary interruptions remain reserved.
The prices stated on the website apply. The Starter plan may be tested free of charge for 7 days and then renews monthly at the stated price unless cancelled. Multi and Founder plans run as monthly subscriptions. Billing, recurring payment and renewal are handled via PayPal. All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time via the customer dashboard or directly in the PayPal account. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the already paid or free billing period, unless blocking is required due to misuse.

The customer undertakes not to use the VPN service for unlawful acts, in particular for distributing illegal content, copyright infringement, or cyberattacks. In the event of serious violations, access may be blocked immediately.
The provider is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for data loss or indirect damages such as loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The provider processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the Privacy policy. No activity logs means that visited websites, DNS queries or browsing behavior are not stored. To operate, secure, bill and support the service, we only process technically necessary account, payment, device and system data.
The provider may amend these terms where necessary, for example due to technical changes or changes in the law. Customers will be informed of material changes in good time.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
